Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of Believe Enterprise LLC d.b.a. Believe Rentals (“Believe Rentals”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information. It applies to believerentals.com and the services provided by Believe Rentals.

Believe Rentals provides flexible occupancy accommodations of fully furnished residential units (each “Unit”, and the building in which such Unit is located may be referred to as the “Building”) in multi-family apartment properties (“Accommodations”) for its users (“Guests”) on the terms and conditions provided in our Terms of Use (collectively, including the Site, the “Use” or “Service” “Services”).

Before making a reservation or submitting any Personal Data to Believe Rentals, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or otherwise use our Services.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Customer Information. When you make a reservation, we collect your first name, last name, and email address to create, process, and maintain your account, provide you with requested services, send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages. When you book or lease one of our units, we may ask you to provide additional information such as your address, phone number, company name, purpose of your trip, and date of birth.
• Application Information. During the resident screening process required to book a property, we may ask you to provide additional information such as rental history, financial history, criminal history, or other identity verification information.
• Support Information. When you interact with us via email or phone, we will collect certain information generated by your use of services or information that you choose to share with us. We may, in accordance with applicable law, record your phone conversations with our support team.
• Review Information. If you book one of our units, we may ask you to complete a survey or review regarding our services. Reviews may be posted publicly on our website with your consent.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Analytics Information. We collect information about your device, operating system, IP address, and other information about your interactions with pages you view. Under some circumstances, your personally identifiable information may be collected by or already attached to cookies that have tracked your interactions across the Internet.
• Cookies. We use cookies and other similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers to collect information from the device that you use to access our website, use to open an email, or from which you click on an advertisement from us. Information We Collect From Third Parties

• Credit History. If you apply for one of our units, we may ask you for identifying information to obtain your US credit history from a third party service provider.
• Cozy. We use Cozy Insurance Services, LLC, doing business in California as Cozy Home Insurance Agency (“Cozy”) to gather your data personal data and screen our guests. By using our service, you grant us and Cozy the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Cozy in accordance with the Cozy Security Privacy Policy.
• Authrize.net (“Authorize Net”) is used to process all reservation payments. By making a reservation through our website you agree to have Authorize Net securely access your card and process payments. If a payment is decline We have the right to cancel your reservation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes, in accordance with applicable law:

• To provide and improve Believe Rentals services;
• To determine whether or not to approve or deny a reservation;
• To allow you to make payments via your financial institution;
• To respond to your inquiries;
• To provide customer support;
• To analyze advertisement performance;
• To monitor the usage of the site;
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse of our services, and other illegal activities, and protect our and others’ rights and properties; and
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not allow these third parties to disclose or use your information for any other purposes. We may use third parties or service providers to perform any of the actions or activities allowed under this policy;
• Parties to business transactions such as those we deal with in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, sales of assets, reorganizations, divestitures, dissolutions, bankruptcies, liquidations, or other types of business transactions. For example, we may share information about your use of our services, or may combine information about the nature or frequency of your transactions with similar information about other people and share the aggregated information for statistical analysis and other business purposes. These datasets will not contain your name or contact details such as address, email address, or phone number.

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
